To achieve the desired outcome on every project, the project management department relies on a team of experienced engineers and skilled professionals throughout all the phases  – planning, execution, and delivery & site coordination.

Planning

Upon the start of an assignment, we appoint a project engineer and a project manager to handle all technical and commercial matters associated with the job from inception to completion. At the outset of the project, the engineer prepares a base schedule defining all milestones and activities and identifies major subcontractors and special requirements. They take into consideration the size and complexity of the project and specifications/work scope.

Execution

During the execution phase, the project manager directs the schedule, specifications and scope of work to all other departments within Arcorp such as purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality control and finance. The lead engineer proactively monitors and reports onsite advancement and uses industry specific management software to report progress.

Delivery & Site Coordination

Prior to shipping material to the construction site, the project manager assigns a site support coordinator to assist the lead engineer in providing service to Arcorp clients. The coordinator makes site visits throughout this phase and communicates client needs to the lead engineer ensuring an efficient and timely response. When it is time to erect the structure, the coordinator acts as a liaison between Arcorp’s site engineer and the project engineer to assist in satisfying all needs at the site.
